Applikasjon
Suitable for use internally and externally in construction joint sealing around glazing unit applications. It can also be used to seal and protect horizontal and vertical linear joints between sheathing boards and the main structure.
Beskrivelse
Butyl Facade Sealing Membrane (SA) is a Class B, permanently UV resistant, high strength butyl, airtight and fully watertight membrane used as a perimeter membrane seal to the internal or external side of glazed units such as windows and doors.
Features and benefits:
- Class B-s2, d0 to EN 13501-1.
- Good resistance to UV from the aluminium foil.
- Good adhesion properties at low temperatures.
- The butyl layer remains flexible to accommodate movement.
- Vapour resistance, water and air tight.
- Bonds to the majority of common substrate types.
- Self-sealing when punctured by small fixings.
- Self-adhesive and easy to install with a removable liner.
- Non-staining.
