Griptex is a residential slip resistant, comfort floorcovering specifically designed for Social Housing, New Build, Student Accommodation, Flats and other Multi-Occupancy Interiors.
Use inside the threshold including bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, home studies and bedrooms
Beskrivelse
Griptex is a multi-layered construction, slip resistant comfort vinyl sheet floor covering designed for housing and renovation. Its pureclean GripX surface treatment does not trap dirt and needs less water and detergent to clean. Griptex comprises a GFT polyester textile backing, a compact stability layer, a glass fibre interlayer and a realistic embossed design layer that is protected by a 0.35 mm PVC wear-layer.
Features and benefits:
- Pureclean GripX surface treatment for easy maintenance.
- Gerflor’s own GFT polyester textile backing provides warmth and comfort and is made from over 95% recycled fibres.
- Slip resistant in wet and dry conditions – R10, >36 PTV.
- GFT polyester textile backing will smooth over slight sub-floor irregularities, reducing the need for sub-floor preparation.
- Can be loose-laid up to 35 m² with no glue required.
- Quiet underfoot – 16 dB of sound insulation.
- Good range of decorative designs (20 references).
- Waterproof for extra hygiene.
- 100% recyclable.
Installation:
Should be installed in accordance with the BS 8203:2017 Code of practice for installation of resilient floor coverings.
