Bauderflex Green warm roof system, incorporating torch-on bitumen root resistant capping sheet with self-adhered bitumen underlayer, insulation and self-adhered bitumen air and vapour control layer (AVCL).

Bauderflex Green Roof System is suitable for a variety of applications on both new build and refurbishment projects and can be used in warm, cold and inverted roof scenarios.

Horizontal work	Activator-Primer (Canister) APR01 – Black. The spray application offers improved film thickness speed of application (by up to 50% over roller applied products) and quick drying in a matter of minutes. (Not for use with concrete) Coverage: Approx. 96 g/m² (300 mm wide spray one coat, 192 g/m² two coats). Two coats may be required for very porous substrates. Application temperature: +5 to +30°C. Drying time (at 10°C): 5–10 minutes. Colour: Black. Recoat time if left exposed: Four hours. One side lap features an 80 mm wide glass fleece along the underside, and a 100 mm strip of aluminium foil above. The other side lap has a thermofusible film on the top surface. This arrangement ensures that laps are heat sealed using hot air or gas torch as appropriate to extrude a bitumen bead, thus ensuring waterproofing integrity. Width: 1.08 m. Length: 10 m.
