The Alishield F6 heavy-duty aluminium roller shutter is manufactured from 89 mm flat solid single-skin aluminium laths, providing a robust solution for openings requiring medium-level security. Suitable for internal and external applications, the shutter combines durability with a clean aluminium finish.

Available with spring-loaded manual or electric operation, the shutter can be supplied in a mill finish, anodised finish or polyester powder-coated in a range of RAL and BS colours. The system is suitable for larger openings up to 8,000 mm wide and can be configured to suit individual project requirements.

Operation	-
Mode	Single phase electrical. Veiledning for spesifikasjonsvalg: A tubular motor within the barrel assembly with limit switches and thermal cut out to prevent overheating. Draw 240 V and 0.5–2.5 A, dependent upon the shutter size. Provision of a 13 A fused spur is required for installation. Spring loaded manual. Veiledning for spesifikasjonsvalg: A counter balanced spring ensures controlled raising and lowering with a key lock in-built at the bottom of the shutter for security. Veiledning fra produsent Standard guide rails are 75 x 38 x 3 mm aluminium with brush seal others available on request. Electric shutters require a 50 x 50 mm steel box section (both sides) used to allow for motor unit and safety brake. A 76 x 50 mm box section will be used for shutters over 160 kg in weight (4800 x 3200 mm approximately).
