Profiled Roof Overlay System

Polymant is an overlay solution for an existing profiled sheet metal roof where the building requires thermal upgrade without incurring the high cost of re-cladding. Designed for refurbishment projects. Polymant is an insulating and waterproofing system achieved by factory laminating a high performance bituminous underlay to expanded polystyrene insulation, cut and shaped to match the profile of the sheet metal roof. A mineral cap sheet of either Modibond Antifire, Evolight Antifire or Polyshield A.A. is then torch applied on site to provide a high performance waterproofing system.
