The development for this village, forms part of a wider masterplan for the Sackville Road site in Hove. In this project includes 260 flats plus communal areas, including restaurants, bar bistro, swimming pool and well-being area, events space, gym, shop and village hall. Graunt Francis Architects Director, Toby Adam, said: “This will be a transformational scheme for this under-utilised site in Hove. We look forward to the next steps with excitement”. In this project Effisus Pre-fab True Seal, a pre-fabricated sealing solution, was developed and applied for sealing difficult facade 3D details, minimizing human error possibility.
