Airtec Seven Wall Block

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) wall blocks are manufactured to the traditional coursing height of 215 mm and to a length of 620 mm, with a range of thicknesses available from 75–215 mm all with a dimensional accuracy suitable for both general purpose and thin-joint mortar construction.

AIRTEC party wall block:

  • 3.6N block designed to offer superior thermal performance along with being suitable for acoustic party/ separating, flanking or fire resistant walls.
  • Can be used in Robust Detail party wall construction between dwellings and when in accordance with Building Regulations (E&W) Approved Document E.

  • Suitable for external cavity or solid, multi-story loadbearing, party/separating, flanking, partition, fire resistant or foundation (below dpc) walls.

  • 2.9N block designed to help reduce the build time on-site, allows the builder to minimise the amount of secondary insulation required to meet the thermal requirements within the Building Regulations (E&W) Approved Document L.
  • The inner leaf of AIRTEC XL blocks give the builder the option of using a 75 mm cavity, either partially or fully filled whilst achieving a U-value: 0.30 W/m²K.
  • Suitable for external cavity or solid, loadbearing and non-loadbearing, flanking, partition, fire resistant or foundation (below dpc) walls.

Complies with the latest European Standard BS EN 771-4, which exceeds the performance criteria of BS 6073-1.

Cellular Dense Concrete Block

Cellular dense concrete blocks offer a lower weight alternative to solid dense blocks with improved thermal properties. Blinded cells on the upper bed face allows for a full bed of mortar and easier build.

Manufactured from Class 2 aggregates and consist of up to 30% recycled raw material. Produced to BS EN 771-3.

  • Inner and outer leaves of external cavity walls up to three storeys.
  • Internal partition walls.

Hollow Dense Concrete Block

Hollow dense blocks are ideal for agricultural and commercial applications. Strong, reinforced walls can be constructed quickly and economically.

Manufactured from Class 2 aggregates and consist of up to 30% recycled raw material.

Applications:

  • Suitable where large, external wall panels are required, e.g. sheds, bunkers, retaining walls.
  • Some or all of the cores can be filled with concrete and steel rebar to form extremely strong, reinforced walls with high resistance to lateral loads, ideal for lining swimming pools, ponds etc.
  • Standard texture finish provides an excellent surface for mortars, renders and plasters.

Insulite Concrete Block

Insulite blocks are the perfect all-round building block. Cost-effective, simple to use and are ideal background block for renders, plasters and for fixing into.

Consist of over 90% high quality recycled and reclaimed raw material.

Applications:

  • Inner and outer leaf of external cavity walls up to three storeys.
  • Internal partition walls.
  • Block and beam floor infill.
  • Wall below dpc.

Solid Dense Concrete Block

Dense concrete blocks are the most durable and resilient block available, perfect for high strength, acoustic and decorative applications.

Dense blocks are manufactured from Class 2 aggregates and consist of up to 30% recycled raw material. Produced to BS EN 771-3.

  • Inner and outer leaves of cavity walls over three storeys.
  • Internal partition walls.
  • Building Regulations (E&W) Approved Document E and Robust Detail acoustic separating walls.

Ultralite Concrete Block

Designed to offer a low weight, loadbearing block with enhanced thermal properties suitable for a wide range of applications.

Manufactured from expanded clay aggregates. All sizes weight less than 20 kg.
