Fats, Solvents, Acids and Alkalis. The electrical properties of the paint are permanent and independent of humidity,

TBA’s FloorShield 1536/91152 static dissipative floor tiles provide an easy to install ESD safe flooring solution.
You have a choice to create either a 61cm or 91cm wide run of ergonomic matting. Ends and centres are available for both sizes, so the length of the run is totally up to you. The moulded-in ramps allow a quick, easy install, as you do not have to attach edging. Their interlocking design allows tiles to be added or removed to suit changing requirements or maintenance needs.

FortaFire Fire Barrier, provides120 mins integrity and 90 mins insulation. Fully tested on a large 5m x 5m furnace to BS EN 1364-1. Also fully tested on a 5m x 5m furnace to UL263 and achieved 120 minutes integrity and 58 minutes insulation. Meets and exceeds minimum requirement for UK Building Regs. Document B (Fire Safety).
Use as a Fire Barrier for Compartmentation of roof voids, in either vertical or horizontal planes. Also suitable as a Fire Wall, in Warehouses, Aircraft Hangars, Retail Units, Commercial Units, Loft separation etc. Control/Protection Zones, Movement joints and Plenums.
The fire barrier is installed utilising a Unistrut system, and is extremely strong and robust in situ.
FortaFire is a non toxic, flexible, lightweight, simple and quick to install system.

FortaFire Test Report

Test report on a full 5m x 5m test conducted at the coveted UL Fire Testing facility in Germany. Compared with the BS.476 Part 20:22 test which is conducted on a lesser scale at 3m x 3m. The UL263 and the BS EN 1364-1 test undertaken at UL is a much more onerous test, and further proves the higher standard of fire and insulation capabilities of the FortaFire product, especially when the drop is 5 metres, which puts much more strain on the joints. FortaFire was highly successful in this test, achieving a full 120 minutes integrity and 90 minutes insulation to the BS EN 1364-1 and a full 120 minutes integrity and 58 minutes insulation to the UL263 test. NB - most fire barriers are tested to 3m drops then assessed for larger drops, FortaFire is actually fire tested for 5m drops!
FortFire FBI 120/60 data sheet

FortaFire FBI 120/60 offers a full 120 minutes integrity and 60 minutes insulation, fully tested on a 5m x 5m test rig, to BS EN 1364-1 and UL263.
Suitable for use as Compartmentation in roof voids, lofts, Retail, Commercial or Private buildings. Fully compliant with British Standards and exceeds the minimum requirements of BS.476 Part 20:22 as detailed in Building Regs Doc B
Can be installed vertically or horizontally.
The system utilises a Unistrut metal grid system, and once installed the material is extremely strong and robust, making it ideal for installation in a Fire Wall situation. It is also airtight so suitable for a Plenum situation. The material is manufactured from coated/non-coated materials, it is non-toxic and has superb acoustic properties.
