Lema produced all the bespoke wardrobes for two blocks of this prestigious development on the iconic Strand, overlooking St. Clement Danes Church and with views outstretching to the River Thames. Spacious wardrobes, some including a dressing area, have been designed with the perfect balance between function and aesthetics. Particular attention has been dedicated to the finishes, which include mirrored drawers and smoked chestnut timber doors. Thanks to its vast experience in the production of modular custom-made systems, Lema interpreted to the best of its abilities the project by Grid Architects, satisfying each functional and aesthetic need that was required.

Lema was involved in the development of Circus West Village, the first phase of the ambitious development at Battersea Power Station. Designed by Simpson Haugh Architects, and rises on the western side of the former Battersea Power Station, has 753 apartments which include 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, townhouses and penthouses, as well as gardens and public areas for residents. There are also offices, shops, bars, restaurants and a newly-built park overlooking the river. Lema was involved in the design, production and installation of the 2,300 bespoke wardrobes for all the apartments of this phase.

Lema was chosen by Broadway Malyan for the Fulham Reach project. A prestigious residential development by St. George in the area of Hammersmith & Fulham. The project, which has obtained numerous awards, comprises over 137 luxury apartments and penthouses distributed in two buildings, Fairfax and Hamilton House. Lema was involved in the design and supply of all the custom-made wardrobes of the development, together with a series of customised furnishing elements for the penthouses of Fairfax House. It is also provided and directly managed the installation of all the kitchens – furnishings, appliances, stone tops – for all the residences.

Lema furnished the 153 rooms of the exclusive 5-star hotel Great Scotland Yard in London. It is situated in the exclusive area of St. James, a few steps away from Westminster, and is characterised by the distinctiveness of its location: the seven-storey Grade II historical building has hosted in the past the headquarters of the London Metropolitan Police. Designed by EPR Architects, Lema has looked after the designing, developing and installation of all the fixed furnishings in the bedrooms, supplying bespoke wardrobes, TV units, wooden bathroom furnishings and the doors of both rooms and main corridors.

Lema has designed, supplied and installed the Wardrobes for the 64 apartments at the prestigious Holland Green development in London: 110 wardrobes and 40 walk-in closets, characterized by elegant interior in maple frisee and matt lacquered exterior with grooved handles. Result of the extended know-how of Lema, they have been made by the Contract division, which offers the best custom-made solutions for all types of projects, thanks to the masterful work of a highly-specialised team of professionals collaborating with architects and designers.

Lema oversaw the supply of wardrobes, bookcases and customised furnishings for the living areas and bathrooms of the prestigious Holland Park Villas development, setting a benchmark for quality in the super-prime central London residential development market. Thanks to the profound technical know-how and the great ability to deal with large customized supplies, Lema worked alongside the architecture firm MSMR Architects and the developer Native Land, once again confirming the company’s ability to satisfy each project’s needs in the Contract industry, both in aesthetic and in functional terms.

An exclusive turnkey project delivered by Lema, supplying the fittings for the 175 rooms and the Suite named after Josephine Baker of the iconic Hôtel Lutetia of Paris, which reopened in 2018 after a refurbishment that lasted over four years, having a value of over two hundred million euro. Lema has developed for every room a bespoke solution that could unite the aesthetic needs of designer; Jean-Michel Wilmotte. Lema completed the rooms supplying flooring, ceilings, wood panelling for the walls and the bow windows; wooden, glass and gold decorated doors, boiserie, bed headboards and mobile bar furnishing.

Lincoln Square, a luxury residential development by Lodha UK. 221 apartments, from studio to four-bedroom penthouses, with views overlooking The City, St. Paul’s Cathedral. Thanks to the unique know-how in modular systems, Lema oversaw the supply of all the custom-made wardrobes of the development, an exclusive interior design project signed by the architecture firm Bowler James Brindley. Custom-made wardrobes characterised by exclusive wood and leather finishes, made with specific openings to meet the technical needs related to the ventilation systems of the apartments. Following the design brief, Lema also created all the bathroom joinery too.

Designed by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, the Bulgari Hotel, building of 16 floors with 85 rooms and suites, unites the sophisticated contemporary appeal of architecture with the refined elegance of details. Lema supplied all the custom furnishings of the rooms and bathrooms, including doors and coverings. The furnishings have all been designed especially for this project, developed and realised by Lema, thanks to a constant relationship with the designers and customers. Together with the individual pieces, Lema has supplied the panels that embellish the rooms and corridors.

The Chilterns residences in Marylebone, a sophisticated area in England’s capital city, characterised by architectures dating back to Georgian times and by fashion boutiques, just a few steps away from Selfridges, Baker Street and Regents Park. A charming 7-floor building, The Chilterns features 44 flats designed by Rabih Hage. Lema took care of the bespoke joinery package designing, supplying and installing the doors, kitchens, TV wall units, walk-in closets, panelling, vanities and wardrobes, specially designed and produced by Lema Contract.

Lema designed the bespoke furniture for 193 rooms, including 10 suites, of the brand The Dixon. The hotel in South Bank, one of London’s most cultural postcodes. The whole building has been fully restored, conserving key details and highlighting its Edwardian heritage, such as the large windows and the façade, which are original features. The redevelopment was led by Twenty2Degrees, who gave life to a refined project of interiors able to unite classical and modern elements. Lema designed, manufactured and installed all the wardrobes, boiserie, beds, TV units, minibars, including the doors and the bathroom furnishings.
