Burnham - Driveway Installation

The client wanted a simple cost-effective answer to his off-street parking requirements. The surface had to be clean, firm and easy to maintain within a budget. The entire project including the off-street access had to be completed within two days.

Commercial Car Park Installation

Our client required a public car park within the grounds of a new kitchen showroom location in Oxford. Originally specified to be a porous tarmac, however the client chose to go with the gravel stabiliser due to the great visual aesthetic of it. The grid chosen was required as the showroom expected a variety of vehicle types using the car park which meant the grid had to be strong enough to withstand heavier traffic as well as domestic cars.

Disabled Access Gravel Driveway

Our clients existing block paved driveway was uneven and had sunken in one specific area due to drainage problems. They wanted a free draining surface that was disabled friendly and could incorporate an access ramp to the front door, making entry easier for their elderly mother who had recently moved in with them

Gerrards Cross - Driveway Installation

CORE Landscape Products visited the customer’s property in Gerrards Cross to repair and redesign their driveway. The customer was unhappy at the condition of their driveway after it had been damaged as a result of extensive building works on the property. They also requested to have the surface compliment the building whilst making access to the property more efficient. Due to the need for disabled access, it was extremely important to create a driveway with stabilized gravel.

Gerrards Cross - Geotrack

The client required a cost-effective vehicle access to her stable block across from a field that was prone to standing water during the winter months. The council had stipulated that the finished track must be non-obtrusive with no visual impact in this green belt area.

Gravel Driveway Installation

The client required a gravel driveway that could withstand the use of larger vehicles, in this case, most notably ambulance access. A DDA compliant surface had to be laid due to the client’s disability, teamed with an application that could combat the waterlogging that was being caused by excess water coming off the adjacent farmer’s field. Funded by the local council, the costs covered the materials as well as the cost of preparing the existing ground for the grid.

Guildford - CORE DRIVE Gravel Driveway Installation

The clients had severe damp issues on the exterior wall of the house. The driveway sloped toward the property and the area had no working drainage system in place. The clients wanted a free draining surface that would not require constant maintenance and could handle the frequent car use that was suitable for a baby stroller along with a solution to the rising damp problems they were experiencing.

Hadnall Village - CORE Path installation

Our client was Hadnall Parish Council, with Hadnall village having a historic moat locate at its centre with a large open field adjacent to a section of the Shropshire way. The council was determined to provide easy access for all members of the public to view this monument and gain safe passage across the field to the local church and village shop. Part of the pathway passed through the area within the historic moat site, controlled by Historic England which posed several issues regarding excavation given the high probability of ancient artefacts being buried within the grounds.

Henley on Thames - Additional Parking

Main contractors Matrix Parking solutions were contracted by the landlord Corporate Estates to provide additional parking at a shared office facility in Henley-on-Thames. The proposed area was a very old macadam surface that had totally broken down leaving a messy surface with various pot holes and puddles for office workers to avoid whilst using the car park. The area had no working drainage system in place. The clients wanted a free draining surface that would not require constant maintenance and could handle the frequent car use.

Maidenhead - Driveway Installation

n this project our clients were a group of eight families who are all residents living on National Trust Land in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The trust had insisted on a new gravel road as the existing gravel was waterlogged and filled with pot holes due to its close proximity to a now redundant pond. The residents were unhappy that the road was a nuisance to drive on as the pot holes were rapidly increasing due to the frequent care use and weekly refuge collection.

Seer Green - Resin Bound Installation

A client who owned a substantial property in Buckinghamshire required a modern contemporary look for this 300m2 patio to the rear of the property. A low maintenance requirement, completely porous and most of all, aesthetically pleasing.

Stokenchurch - Gravel Driveway Installation

The clients had a steep 1 in 5 slope that was difficult and dangerous to drive on during the winter conditions. The driveway sloped away from the property and swept around towards a newly constructed garage at the bottom of the slope. Mrs & Mrs Vaughan had two vehicles, a 4 x 4 and a sports car. They wanted a surface that would provide safe access for both pedestrians and vehicle’s approaching the driveway whilst keeping with the rural nature of the property.

Wokingham - Driveway Installation

Our clients on this project were a group of four families sharing a prestigious development comprising of four large detached properties in a former farmyard in, Berkshire. The existing macadam surface was breaking up having suffered from significant pooling of water. The residents requested that they would like gravel to give a rural feel to the shared area but were not keen on the idea of loose gravel given its tendency for rutting having already shown the concern for the existing drainage issues. The clients wanted a free draining surface that could handle frequent car use and weekly refuge collection.
