Rooftex

Rooftex is specifically designed as a cold applied, one component, elastomeric, pitch free membrane for all kinds of waterproofing applications. Rooftex application can be used for waterproofing roof areas, wet areas, foundations and planters. It cures on exposure to the atmosphere to a tough rubber-like seamless finish with excellent surface adhesion and elasticity. Rooftex is UV stable so does not become hard or brittle and has excellent oxidation stability and is unaffected by rain soon after application. With total adhesion to the substrate the membrane can be easily repaired if damaged. Rooftex is black in colour but can be treated with coloured Rooftex Granules or Rooftex Silver Coating for heat and light reflectivity.
