Isothane Technitherm stabilisation

Technitherm is a cavity wall insulation and stabilisation system which has a 25-year track record of providing improved thermal efficiency and structural stability to domestic properties. It holds Kiwa BDA Agrément approval (Certificate numbers 18-037 & 18-038). LABC Registered Details are also available (EWWS 1196B). Technitherm is installed by our approved network of installers. Its closed cell structure means it is suitable for properties with no damp proof course, homes located in severe exposure zones and buildings on flood plains, having passed the BRE’s flood resilience test. Technitherm provides energy savings in hard to treat high rise properties or those built with random stone outer leaves. The Kiwa Certificate provides guidance on home types that are suitable for treatment.
