When used to encapsulate UFH pipes it can save over 3x the the energy to heat a room compared to a conventional sand/cement screed. The most eco-friendly cementitious flowing screed on the UK market. Can be polished and left as a final finish. Conforms to BS EN 13813 European Standard for flowing screeds.
