Dorgard Pro is a retrofit door retainer that holds open fire doors legally with the same critical compliance as a hardwired door holder but without the intrusive installation. The unit is activated via radio from a ProHub controller, allowing for installation in areas of extreme noise. When the alarm goes into fire/fault, the doors close, ensuring secure compartmentation to prevent the spread of fire and smoke. The status of each device can be remotely monitored using Firecos InSite software as part of the golden thread of the building. Building managers can title each device, log installation & inspection dates, and check for battery & radio levels, making it perfect for large sites such as NHS, universities and local authorities. Dorgard Pro has a 5yr warranty.
