MecFlow Fusion is a multi-layer, WRAS approved, PP-RCT pipe with a material formulation that has been designed for strength, durability and achieves a fire classification rating of B-s1, d0.

Suitable for use in the following applications:

  • Boosted cold water systems (BCWS)
  • Low-temperature hot water (LTHW)
  • Chilled water systems (CW)
  • Heating systems (HS)

Comprehensive, durable, reliable and easy-to-install supply system.

The manufacturer offers the Polypipe Advantage fabrication service, providing support from initial design to delivery - please consult with the manufacturer for details. Note that multiple classification clauses may be required to complement this.

Features and benefits:

  • Fire classification B-s1,d0 in accordance with EN 13501.
  • Low smoke, zero-halogen product with antimicrobial and anti-fouling properties built into the product.
  • Disinfection-resistant with no degradation of the pipe during the disinfection process.
  • UV-stabilised.
  • High abrasion resistance.
  • Low noise transmission.
  • Chemical resistance.
  • Use of chlorine dioxide as a disinfectant is permitted up to 0.5 mg/L.
