Introducing the Fastwarm® FastRail (1m) – a premium solution crafted specifically for water-based underfloor heating systems, ideal for screed or concrete floors. This clip rail simplifies the installation process, providing a dependable method for securing 15mm or 16mm pipework, ensuring consistent and efficient heat distribution throughout your floor.Key FeaturesEffortless Installation: The Fastwarm® FastRail comes with a high-strength self-adhesive backing, making installation quick and straightforward. It securely adheres to the subfloor, creating a solid foundation for the pipework.Reliable Pipe Securing: Once in place, the FastRail allows for easy attachment of the 15mm or 16mm pipes, ensuring a firm and stable hold. This prevents any shifting or displacement of the pipes, both during and after the installation process, resulting in a seamless fit.Consistent Heat Distribution: By keeping the pipes securely in place, the Fastwarm® FastRail ensures even water flow across your underfloor heating system, leading to consistent and efficient heat distribution across the entire surface, enhancing comfort and energy efficiency.Easy Quantity Estimation: Calculating the required amount of FastRail is straightforward. Simply multiply the area in square meters (m²) by 1.5. For example, if your floor area is 30m², you would need 45 FastRails for complete coverage.Whether you're a professional installer or a DIY enthusiast, the Fastwarm® FastRail is the go-to choice for securing pipework in warm water underfloor heating systems. Its user-friendly design, robust pipe fixing, and optimal heat distribution make it ideal for projects of any size.Enhance your underfloor heating setup with the Fastwarm® FastRail. With its durable construction and practical design, it promises long-lasting performance, ensuring a comfortable and warm environment for your space.

Traditional underfloor heating (UFH) system for use in a screed floor, using a clip & rail arrangement to hold the pipe in place on top of insulation.

Underfloor heating (UFH) system for use over the floor, pipes held in place by cement-reinforced XPS grooved insulation boards.

Underfloor heating (UFH) system for use in a screed floor, using a lightweight castellated tacker panel to hold the pipe in place prior to screeding.

Underfloor heating (UFH) system for use between timber joists, using a grooved aluminium spreader plate to hold the pipes in place flush with the underneath of the floor deck.

Traditional underfloor heating (UFH) system for use in a screed floor, using a plastic barbed staple every 500mm to hold the pipe in place on insulation.

Underfloor heating (UFH) system for use between timber joists, pipes stapled to batten-supported insulation and covered with 25 mm of dry screed mix, to be in contact with the floor deck.

Underfloor heating (UFH) system for use over the floor, pipes held in place by low-profile cement-reinforced XPS grooved insulation boards.

Underfloor heating (UFH) system for use over the floor, pipes held in place by low-profile castellated panels covered with a minimum of 15 mm self-levelling compound.

Underfloor heating (UFH) system with grooved T&G foiled P5 grade chipboard fixed to the top of joists, becoming a structural floor deck once a minimum of 6 mm ply is fixed on top.
