Self-smoothing thin topping screed suitable for residential and commercial areas.
weberfloor smooth 4150 is designed for fine levelling and preparation of a wide range of internal floor constructions in both new build and refurbishment projects. It is suitable for application over concrete, sand/cement and anhydrite screeds, as well as over suitably prepared existing levelling screeds.
The product is applied as part of bonded floor constructions, where it produces a smooth, level surface to receive common floor finishes such as resilient flooring, tiles, timber and carpet. It is not intended for use in unbonded or floating constructions, nor for applications subject to movement such as directly over underfloor heating systems without an appropriate intermediate levelling screed.
weberfloor smooth 4150 can be installed by both pump (machine) application and hand application, supporting efficient installation across projects of varying scale and complexity.
For bonded applications, correct substrate preparation is essential and will typically require the use of a suitable primer, such as weberfloor 4716, and where necessary a damp proof membrane system to control residual moisture and ensure long-term performance.
As part of a complete flooring system, the use of Weber complementary products—including primers, moisture management solutions and preparation materials—is recommended to optimise adhesion, control substrate conditions and achieve consistent installation performance.
weberfloor smooth 4150 is a polymer-modified, pumpable self-smoothing levelling compound designed to produce a smooth, level surface for the installation of final floor coverings across a wide range of substrates. Applied at thicknesses from 2–30 mm, it provides a uniform and dimensionally stable finishing layer for internal floor constructions.
Incorporating Weber Low Dust Technology™, the product significantly reduces airborne dust during mixing and application, improving on-site working conditions and applicator safety. Its casein-free formulation makes it suitable for use in sensitive environments and where protein-based additives must be avoided.
Engineered for both new build and refurbishment, it can be applied to concrete, sand/cement screeds and anhydrite substrates, as well as over suitably prepared existing levelling screeds. Designed primarily as a bonded application, it provides a high-quality surface finish to support the installation and performance of resilient, textile and timber floor coverings.
Designed for efficient installation, the product can be pump or hand applied and supports fast-track construction with early foot traffic and rapid readiness for floor coverings.
