The OMNIA Flush Sash Window system is suitable for a broad range of architectural applications where a flush external appearance is required alongside defined thermal, weather and security performance.

New build housing

Suitable for new-build housing schemes where a clean, consistent façade appearance is required. The flush sash configuration provides a uniform external finish, supporting contemporary architectural design while maintaining compatibility with a wide range of colour and glazing options. Thermal performance values achievable down to 0.75 W/m²K (depending on glazing specification) can support compliance with Approved Document L.

Heritage-influenced and conservation-led projects

OMNIA is ideal where a traditional timber-style window aesthetic is required. The system offers an alternative to timber window construction, providing a flush external finish combined with the durability and maintenance characteristics of PVC-U profiles.

Acoustic Performance: Sound reduction up to 43 dB (configuration dependent). OMNIA can achieve higher sound reduction than standard double glazing when specified with acoustic laminated glass. Refer to acoustic test data for configuration-specific performance values.
