Description

The LAMILUX Continuous Barrel Vault Rooflight B is a high-performance arched rooflight system designed to deliver optimal natural daylight, natural ventilation, and SHEV (smoke and heat exhaust ventilation) within industrial and commercial buildings.

Engineered to maximise daylight penetration, the continuous barrel vault design provides uniform light distribution, reducing reliance on artificial lighting and improving internal building environments. This makes it an ideal solution for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, logistics centres, and large-span roofs.

Constructed from durable polycarbonate glazing and a high-quality aluminium frame, the system combines strength, longevity, and low maintenance with excellent thermal performance. The thermally broken, isothermally optimised frame reduces thermal bridging, helping to prevent condensation while enhancing thermal insulation and energy efficiency.

The Continuous Barrel Vault Rooflight B can be specified with integrated ventilation units, supporting both natural ventilation and smoke ventilation (SHEV systems). This dual functionality enables compliance with building regulations while improving occupant comfort and safety.

Designed for demanding environments, the system offers high resistance to wind loads, driving rain, and snow loads, ensuring long-term reliability and weather performance. Its lightweight construction, approximately 15 kg/m², allows for efficient installation across a wide range of roof types.

Available in widths from 0.8 m to 6.0 m, the system can be configured to suit project-specific requirements, making it a flexible solution for both new-build and refurbishment projects.
