Construction and Materials

The shelter frame is manufactured in Britain from mild steel, hot-dipped galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:2022 for exceptional corrosion resistance and long-term performance in exposed outdoor environments. Timber cladding is FSC-certified, available in a choice of hardwood and softwood options to suit the architectural language and material palette of the surrounding development. A powder-coated finish in any RAL colour is available for the steel frame, ensuring the shelter integrates cleanly with the wider site aesthetic. For sites with restricted depth, the Semi Vertical Amazon Eco Cycle Shelter stores bikes at a 45-degree angle, reducing the shelter footprint without compromising overall capacity.
