Suitable for natural ventilation and smoke ventilation on commercial and residential projects.

Description

SPW600 AOV window system is a three chamber 75 mm polyamide window system with the option for easy thermal inserts to improve thermal performance. It is capable of accepting glazing up to 56 mm thick.

Features and benefits:

  • Fully compliant with BS EN ISO 9001, BS EN ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and BES6001 standards.
  • Available as top hung, side hung or bottom hung.
  • Gasketry is generally manufactured in accordance with BS ISO 3302-1.
  • Polyamide thermal barriers manufactured in accordance with PA66 GF25.
  • Typically available in three finishes.
  • Available in single or dual colour.

Guidance for specification option:

Recycled content is based on our standard ReAL 4.0 aluminium billet, which contains a minimum of 80.6% total recycled content (44% post-consumer and 36.6% pre-consumer). A lower carbon ReAL 2.0 billet is available on request, with 75% post-consumer recycled content.

ReAL 4.0 billet delivers an A1–A3 GWP of 3.5 kgCO₂e/kg, while ReAL 2.0 billet achieves 1.61 kgCO₂e/kg.
