A metal riser door providing up to 120 minutes fire resistance integrity from both sides for wall applications where access to concealed building services is required without compromising fire compartmentation. The door incorporates a 25 mm picture frame for a neat finished appearance and a metal-faced steel door leaf.

The door is manufactured from Zintec steel and is supplied with a three-point locking system as standard, with alternative locking options available. The standard finish is powder coated RAL 9010 (30% gloss), with alternative RAL colours available on request.

Fire performance has been tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-1:2014 +A1:2018 for up to 120 minutes integrity from both the exposed and unexposed faces in wall constructions. Smoke leakage performance has been tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-3:2004.

Installation

Suitable for installation into fire-rated wall constructions to provide access to concealed service risers while maintaining the fire performance of the wall assembly.

Form structural openings to suit the specified panel size, allowing the manufacturer's recommended installation tolerance.
Install in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions.
Where applicable, install prior to completion of final wall finishes.
Fire stopping around the frame should be completed using approved systems compatible with the tested construction.
