Use the Lift-Out Tile Access Panel – Beaded Frame – FlipFix Range to provide concealed inspection access to building services behind ceramic tiled wall finishes in internal plasterboard partitions. Suitable for bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens, washrooms, changing rooms, utility rooms and other tiled internal environments where a discreet access solution is required. Typical applications include residential developments, hotels, healthcare facilities, education buildings, leisure centres, offices, retail premises, public buildings, student accommodation and care homes. Designed for inspection and maintenance access to concealed mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, the panel is intended for internal wall installations only and is not suitable for ceiling applications or personnel access.

The Lift-Out Tile Access Panel – Beaded Frame – FlipFix Range is a non-fire-rated metal access panel designed to provide discreet access within tiled wall installations. Specifically developed for ceramic tile finishes, the panel incorporates a moisture-resistant tile backer door, allowing the finished access panel to blend seamlessly with the surrounding wall surface.

The panel is supplied with the patented FlipFix fixing system, enabling installation in as little as five minutes without the need for timber framing, screws or adhesives. A 20 mm beaded frame is designed for plaster skim finishes, while the lift-out door is fitted with a mini touch latch for concealed opening. A controlled-action safety catch prevents the door leaf from falling away from the frame when opened, improving safety during inspection and maintenance.

Manufactured from 0.9 mm Zintec steel to BS EN 10152:2017 DC01 + ZE 25/25, the panel is polyester powder coated in RAL 9010 (30% gloss) for a durable, corrosion-resistant finish suitable for internal dry environments (Corrosion Class C1). The moisture-resistant 12.5 mm board infill is capable of supporting ceramic tiles and adhesive loads up to 32 kg/m².

Suitable for internal plasterboard-clad partitions, the panel provides low-security, concealed access to building services while maintaining the appearance of tiled wall finishes.
