Warranty description | 30 year Guidance for specification option: Independent insurance backed guarantee Manufacturer guidanceLangley roofing systems are supplied with a genuine 30‑year independent insurance‑backed guarantee (IBG), providing both system assurance and financial protection for the building owner. The IBG covers the installed system in the event of a design failure, poor workmanship, a fault in the system or faulty materials, and remains valid even if the installing contractor or Langley were to cease trading. Issued directly to the building owner on completion, it acts as an additional, independent layer of financial protection and supports access to government funding schemes where an IBG is required.
