Description
The FRINS-2H twin-skin insulated fire roller shutter offers fire protection and security. Certified for two hours of fire resistance (E120) by Exova Warringtonfire, this shutter provides radiant heat insulation (EW60), significantly reducing the risk of secondary fire ignition.
In the event of a fire, the shutter descends automatically when connected to your fire alarm system via an interface panel and audio-visual alerts.
The robust construction, featuring a double-skinned steel curtain with a vermiculite insulating core, also provides a 20 dB sound reduction, making it suitable for use in areas where noise control is a consideration.
For enhanced safety, the shutter is equipped with safety brakes and a controlled descent mechanism. A variety of powder-coated finishes are available to match any RAL or BS colour, in addition to the standard galvanized steel finish.
