Center Parcs UK is a leading hospitality business specialising in luxury, nature inspired short term breaks, based across vast picturesque sites with stunning lodges and a plethora of outdoor activities. Each year they welcome over 2.3 million guests across all five of their UK based sites.Cubby Construction enlisted Concept to supply and refurbish both the customer washroom and staff changing room facilities inside the Bella Italia restaurant at Centre Parcs’ Whinfell Forest, situated out of the idyllic Lake District, Cumbria.With this project, the challenge for us was to make sure the refurb aligned with the Centre Parcs’ look and feel. However, from a functionality point of view, the facilities had to be robust and durable in order to withstand the mass influx of day-to-day users.The SolutionWith Centre Parcs welcoming a revolving door of guests and staff each year, we suggested our Force Privacy Cubicle System for the washrooms. The Force Privacy Cubicle is a floor to ceiling solution for uninterrupted privacy while at the same time being designed to withstand the most challenging environments. Fabricated from Compact Grade Laminate (CGL) with face-fixed powder coated nickel ironmongery, these cubicles are water-resistant, anti-vandal, and easy to maintain – making them perfectly suited to serving Centre Parcs’ staff for seasons to come.For Whinfell Forest’s staff changing room, we supplied dry area lockers manufactured from a solid steal body with CGL doors. And then similarly, the changing benches we provided were made from powder-coated mild steel frames with incredibly resilient CGL seats, back rest, and hook board.Aesthetically, the staff washroom’s cubicle doors, duct panels, vanity access panels, and grooming tops were all finished in the appropriately woodland inspired 0048 Oak by Fundermax, while 0733 White was selected for the cubicle partitions, vanity tops, and duct and vanity shadow panels. Together, this new washroom scheme brings a touch of the outdoors, inside.On completion of this project, the holiday site’s staff washrooms and changing rooms have undergone a nature inspired refresh with a sturdy and durable edge, meaning they’ll be able to handle even the busiest of days on the park.

Located moments from one of London’s most iconic landmarks, this boutique gym brand’s new London Bridge facility has a premium, purpose-built fitness studio designed to deliver a tailored and elevated training experience.The space brings together high-energy ride classes, a dedicated Megaformer studio and a carefully curated range of amenities that reflect the brand’s commitment to performance and wellbeing in thoughtfully designed spaces that are a cut above your standard high-street gym chains.As part of wider improvement works within the studio, Concept Washroom was appointed by the main contractor to supply and install high-quality washroom solutions that could withstand the demands of a busy gym environment while aligning with the client’s distinctive brand aesthetic. The brief was clear: create a washroom space that feels sporty yet sophisticated, functional yet undeniably premium.To meet these requirements, we delivered a coordinated washroom package, including our Identity Cubicle System, Olympus Glass Shower Cubicles, Solid Surface Wash Troughs and Laminate Duct Panel System.The Identity Cubicle System was selected for its flush-fronted design, which delivers a clean, considered aesthetic, helping the space feel more organic and visually balanced. The cubicles’ floor-to-ceiling construction also provides full-height privacy for users, improving comfort and reinforcing the premium nature of the environment – an essential consideration within a busy gym and leisure setting.For this project, the Identity Cubicles were manufactured in water-resistant Compact Grade Laminate rather than standard HPL, ensuring long-term durability and performance in a heavy-use, wet changing room environment.The system was specified in Polyrey Compact Grade Laminate in the Galet (G077) colourway. This soft, creamy beige finish provides a smart counterpoint to the striking turquoise wall tiles, subtly offsetting the bold colour palette without competing with it.The cubicles sit alongside a terrazzo-style floor tile that brings a sense of luxury and depth to the space. Together, the materials create a balanced interior that feels both robust and considered, perfectly suited to the gym and leisure sector while remaining true to gym brand’s premium positioning.Our Solid Surface Wash Troughs, specified in Durasein Shadow Grey (DM2036), introduce a strong, stone-like presence within the washroom. The clean, minimalist form of the trough complements the terrazzo flooring beautifully, adding visual weight and reinforcing the high-end feel of the space while offering practical, easy-to-maintain functionality.Within the shower area, our Olympus Glass Shower Cubicles bring a sleek, contemporary edge. The strong Ritec-coated frosted glass panels provide full user privacy while at the same time visually harmonising with the turquoise tiles, enhancing the aquatic, light-reflective quality of the space. The result is a shower environment that feels fresh and luxurious, but more importantly, it provides a private and comfortable space for users to shower and change.To complete the scheme, our full-height CGL Laminate Duct Panel System was specified to keep plumbing services and pipework smartly out of sight, while still offering easy access for maintenance. To create a cohesive and consistent washroom environment, our duct panels were selected in the same Polyrey Galet (G077) finish as the Identity cubicles.Delivered as part of a tendered framework project with the main contractor, the finished washroom facilities at London Bridge reflect the studio’s wider ethos: high performance, thoughtful design and an elevated user experience. The result is a space that not only stands up to the demands of daily use but enhances the overall journey for members training in this standout London location.

Elvetham Heath Primary School is an acclaimed school based in Hampshire requiring a washroom upgrade.To provide first-in-class facilities and upholding a high-quality learning environment for its 600-plus pupils, the school sought to use its six-week summer holiday to upgrade its male and female toilets on the ground floor.The brief was clear, Elvetham Heath required exceptional washroom facility products that were both practical and exciting, offering a clean environment with a youthful, bold design. Further, these needed to be installed at speed to ensure the facilities were ready for use at the beginning of the new academic year.Working within tight timescales, the project lead quickly set about surveying and measuring all key dimensions to ensure they were accurate, allowing us to move to the fabrication phase efficiently.During the works, we completed a full-cubicle and wash trough installation using products specifically suited to educational environments. This included the Juno cubicle system featuring curved partitions and anti-trap hinges, as well as solid surface wash troughs in Glacier White – a sleek, stylish alternatives to typical vanity units, crafted from durable Corian and hand-finished to an incredibly high standard.To align with Elvetham Heath’s request to create bright, exciting washroom spaces for its pupils, we worked closely with the client, walking them through an extensive range of colour options. As a result, a creative yet complementary combination of vivid Bleu Turquoise (B119) and bright purple Cyclamen (C189) were selected for an exciting look and feel.These colours were reversed out for the girls toilets, further upholding the contemporary aesthetic and practicality requirements of the project.This combination of fun colours and modern finishes has given Elvetham Heath the youthful, safe, hygenic washroom it needed, completed in tight timescales thanks to the strategic coordination of the delivery team.

Recipe box company Gousto is on a mission to change how people shop, cook and eat. They’ve helped millions of families inject more variety into mealtimes, all while reducing the environmental impact of food.During lockdown, Gousto saw its sales increase by 129% and hired 1,000 new staff in 2020. To support additional demand, the company is opening two new fulfilment centres – one in Warrington and one in Thurrock with a combined footprint of more than 500,000 square feet.To accommodate their growing workforce, Gousto required multiple washroom facilities that can withstand constant daily use.Tasked with fitting the distribution centres to meet Gousto’s operational needs, Rhino Interiors approached Concept Washroom (Concept Cubicle Systems) to supply and install toilet cubicles, duct panels and vanity units in a total of five washrooms across the two sites.The client wanted to achieve a sleek monochrome finish in the washrooms, with consistency across the two sites. To help maintain high standards of employee wellbeing, Gousto asked Rhino to make sure the washrooms were easy to clean and tough enough to withstand a busy logistics environment.By using our Force Range of cubicles with Polyrey CGL in a uniform black (Noir N005) colour throughout each washroom. All solid surface vanity tops are made from Corian Deep Nocturne Solid Surface installed with semi-recessed basins, and the black is offset with more neutral colours for the flooring.

Packed with colour, excitement and energy, Head Over Heels in Wilmslow is a children’s indoor play centre that doesn’t do things by halves. From themed party rooms to a stylish café and immersive play zones, every corner is designed to spark imagination, and the washrooms needed to keep up.That’s where we came in. Our team was tasked with delivering a washroom refurbishment that felt just as playful and bold as the rest of the venue. With just four weeks for design and manufacturing, and one week on-site before a major event, we had to move fast and smart.To match the centre’s colourful and playful energy, we upgraded the male, female, and children’s washrooms across the venue, combining playful design with expert-level precision. We provided CAD design support, manufacture, supply, and installation, ensuring the new washrooms delivered on both wow-factor and functionality.We specified our Force Privacy Cubicles with a twist. Instead of the standard Compact Grade Laminate material, we manufactured the cubicles using popular High Pressure Laminate due to the material’s availability in a wide range of colours.Our hinged and lockable IPS Duct Panel System kept everything hidden, smart and easier to maintain, while our Solid Surface Vanities and sloped Wash Troughs brought a premium hospitality feel to the space. Factor in the grooming worktops and luxury washroom accessories from The Splash Lab, and the result is an effortlessly stylish (and highly practical) setup.Visually, each washroom space had its own design brief, and we worked closely with the client to help them select the right scheme. For the female washroom, which had been draped in a maximalist floral wallpaper, the Force Privacy cubicles and Duct Panels were finished in Rose Givre (R058), supplied by Polyrey. The baby pink colour scheme perfectly offsets the wallpaper, creating a space that is equal parts bold and elegant. To elevate the look even further, the space was completed with premium brass taps, soap dispensers, and hand dryers supplied by our partner The Splash Lab.Featuring a jungle-inspired, leafy wallpaper, the male washroom called for something a little more exotic. Epicea (E082) from Polyrey – a rich, earthy green – was chosen to double down on the tropical theme while keeping things playful. To complement the bold palette, glossy black accessories from The Splash Lab were specified, adding a sleek contrast that ties the whole look together.With silver disco-tile wallpaper and a futuristic vibe, the children’s washroom needed finishes that would fit right in. Alu (A111) by Polyrey and Silk Grey (U707) by EGGER were combined for the cubicles and access panels, along with matching architraves to complete the look. To stay in line with the silver colour scheme, we installed Splash Lab accessories in a satin finish, adding a fun, space-age touch that feels right at home in this lively, imaginative setting.To make the space more child-friendly, each Force Privacy cubicle featured a lower-height toilet, perfectly sized for little ones. We also installed a lower-height Wash Trough with a wraparound upstand on the back and sides, protecting the surrounding walls from the inevitable splashes and spills.As part of the wider washroom fit-out, a parent and child focused Universal Toilet was kitted out, complete with a Solid Surface Vanity and integrated baby change top. Here, our access panels were selected in aquatic blue Lamar (0023 FH) from Fundermax, which paired perfectly with the crinkle-textured blue wallpaper for an unexpectedly calming and stylish touch.One of the most thoughtful additions? A completely bespoke baby change facility, designed and fabricated specifically for the space. Made from Solid Surface, the custom wrap-around changing top includes an integrated vanity and concealed waste for a clean, clutter-free look. We even built in space below the unit for a nappy bin to slide neatly into place, a small touch that makes a big difference.Despite the fast turnaround and high-pressure schedule, we delivered a standout washroom space that reflects everything Head Over Heels is about – bright, bold, and unafraid to make a statement. The washrooms are now as memorable as the play areas themselves, giving kids and grown-ups alike a fun and functional space to freshen up in style.

Nestled on the banks of the River Noe in the picturesque Hope Valley, Laneside Caravan Park is well-known for its high standard of amenities, well-tended grounds and spotless facilities.The caravan park and campsite occupies a prime location in one of the Peak District’s best-loved and most-photographed valleys. It’s also in a great jumping off point for some classic Peak District walks, including Winnats Pass, Mam Tor and the Great Ridge.First opened in the 1950s, Laneside is now run by a 3rd generation of family members and has recently seen an uptick in visitor numbers as the number of ‘staycations’ has increased.Expecting a busy summer in 2021 and beyond, the team decided that they wanted to double the number of toilets and showers while also raising standards to ‘health spa levels’.Prioritising washroom quality over price, park owner Terry decided that they wanted to use the Force Range for the men’s and women’s toilet and shower blocks. This product range uses Polyrey’s Compact Grade Laminate, which is extra durable and moisture resistant.The Laneside team chose a luxurious dark woodgrain finish that helps mask fingerprints and smears in between cleanings. They also chose a bright cyclamen colour to offset the dark wood effect and inject vibrancy into the toilet block.

Latymer Upper School is a long-standing independent public school in Hammersmith, Central London. We updated their tired existing washrooms to a modern standard.The SolutionWorking with RAP Interiors, we were able to offer a durable yet flexible solution for the school’s project. By choosing our Force cubicle system range, we adapted the cubicle doors to go to the floor to offer full privacy within both male and female washroom areas.All cubicle doors, partitions and laminate vanity tops were made from scratch resistant High Pressure Laminate which can easily withstand persistent, daily use.As we offer a large selection of laminate panel colours, the school were able to specify royal blue (Bleu Caraïbes B086) cubicle doors and vanity tops with accent grey (Gris Perle G003) combination to match the school emblem’s colours. A large gym provider with sites across the UK was set to open a new state-of-the-art facility in the northeast of England in August 2024. Recognising the importance of high-quality washroom and shower facilities in enhancing the overall customer experience, the company sought to create functional, smart amenities that would reflect the sharpness of their brand.To achieve this, we were tasked with supplying and installing a full washroom and shower block solution for the new gym. The scope of the project included the fit-out of male and female washrooms, as well as separate, gendered shower blocks within each of these areas. Key to the project was creating a series of spaces that meets customers’ cleanliness, privacy and functional needs.Working closely with Design Business Interiors, we proposed a bespoke selection of products that would meet the gym’s specific criteria while adhering to budgetary requirements. The focus was on creating a seamless experience for customers by ensuring the facilities were not only practical, durable and comfortable, but also in keeping with the company’s brand and sleek aesthetic of the site.For the washrooms, a mixture of finishes were selected from our Force cubicle range, including EGGER in Trondheim Ash (H1225) and Polyrey Noir (N005) for the toilet doors, pilasters and partitions, and Duct Panel System, including WC access panels and IPS shadow panels. This combination was applied consistently across both male and female washrooms to maintain a cohesive look.Handwashing facilities were fitted with solid surface wash troughs in our Surf style, featuring a curved design with an exposed waste. These were finished in Durasein’s Shadow Grey and were fixed on to a powder-coated black underframe.In the shower blocks, Compact grade laminate (CGL) was selected for our Force cubicle shower doors, pilasters and partitions. This moisture-resistant material is ideal for wet areas, while its black edge perfectly aligned with the gym’s aesthetic.More broadly, the monochromatic colour scheme in these areas focused on black and brushed aluminium finishes, further enhancing the modern, sharp feel of the facilities.

Leckhampton Primary School in Cheltenham is a modern, forward-thinking school committed to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for its pupils.As part of wider improvement works across the site, Cobus Spaces approached Concept Washroom (Concept Cubicle Systems) to supply and install a full washroom upgrade for one of the school’s key pupil areas.With extensive experience delivering washrooms within the education sector, we understood the practical demands of a busy primary school environment, particularly around durability, safety, and easy maintenance.Given the daily footfall and the inevitable wear and tear that comes with younger pupils, robust materials were a priority. We recommended our Juno Cubicle range, which the client specified with High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) – a durable, easy-to-maintain and value-friendly material that’s ideal for school settings.In contrast to the typical bright and playful colours often chosen for Juno installations, Leckhampton opted for a more natural and sophisticated palette. For the girls’ washroom, the combination of Polyrey Beige Nature (B116) for doors and Fundermax Serenissima Ash (0361) for partitions brought a calm, neutral feel to the space, while the boys’ washroom benefits from the smart blue Fundermax Lamar (0023) on the cubicle doors, contrasted with Polyrey’s Chêne D’Argent (C183) wood grain finish for the partitions.Both colour schemes are still bright and engaging for younger pupils, but more grounded than the usual zany school schemes, helping create a washroom that feels relaxed and well-balanced.To complete the setup, we supplied a full IPS duct panel system in the same coordinated finishes, ensuring a clean and cohesive aesthetic throughout. Satin Anodised Aluminium (SAA) ironmongery added a practical yet stylish finishing touch, offering long-lasting performance.For the vanity area, the school selected our white Solid Surface wash troughs (WT001). This style is a longstanding favourite within education environments thanks to its ability to serve multiple users simultaneously, reduce water mess, and simplify maintenance compared to individual basins. The exposed waste and smooth curved profile bring a modern look while remaining pupil-friendly.Installation was carried out across a single floor and completed within the agreed two-week timeframe, delivered seamlessly alongside Cobus Spaces and the school’s improvement schedule.The finished washroom delivers a fresh, contemporary, and naturally toned space that perfectly balances durability with design. The use of High-Pressure Laminate ensures long-term resilience, while the coordinated neutral finishes introduce a calm and inviting atmosphere for pupils.With robust cubicles, practical troughs, and a clean, unified aesthetic, Leckhampton Primary School now has a washroom environment ready to support daily school life for years to come—both functional and visually uplifting for the staff and children who use it.

Concept Washroom delivered 7 Universal Toilets (Superloos) across multiple floors at the renovated Mansfield Chambers at St Ann's Square, Manchester.In the heart of Manchester lies Mansfield Chambers, a grade II-listed building nestled within the St Ann’s Square Conservation Area, a site of cultural significance which dates back to the 13th century during the time of Henry III. Built in the 19th century, the Mansfield Chambers building underwent a renovation to bring it back its upper floors into flexible office workspaces.As part of the development, Concept Washroom was contracted to provide a full supply and install of seven Universal Toilets, also known as Superloos, across the first, second and third floors of the building.This required close collaboration with the main contractor for the refurbishment, Workspace Design, as well as collaboration and coordination with other trades to deliver the project.The SolutionAfter discussions with Workspace Design and the architect, it was decided that, given the nature of the space being developed, our all-encompassing Universal Toilets (Superloos) were the best solution to install across the three floors.As a single occupancy, all-in-one washroom featuring a toilet, a basin, and hand drying facilities, a superloo is designed to contain the full washroom experience. It enables maximum privacy, making it a future-proof solution which can be used by any building occupant, regardless of their gender identity. There are several distinguishing features and design details which defined the Mansfield Chambers installation. These include a Corian solid surface top with a seamless, thermoformed bin chute that’s built in to the vanity – in Carrara Lino.Meanwhile, other key features include hinged and lockable vanity under panels, with a blue tiled back wall behind the solid surface top.Workspace Design and the architect worked closely with us to select the colour scheme and product finishes, opting for a mix of whites, blues and greys. For example, the swirled, marble effect of the solid surface vanity and duct panel tops complement the, while the laminate duct panels and vanity under panels, both in Formica Tornado (F1535). Finally, the washrooms are completed with satin Stainless Steel fixtures and fittings to complement the cool toned palette.As Mansfield Chambers enters a new lease of life, its office accommodation now boasts a highly practical, comfortable, and private series of superloos which are suitable for all building users.

Founded in 1843, Marlborough College is the largest co-educational independent full boarding school in the UK with over 1000 pupils, in 16 boarding houses, aged 13 to 18. The College is academically ambitious, committed to extending access, and offers a fast-paced, contemporary, challenging and enriching education within a warm, inclusive and spiritual environment.The College has a rich architectural tradition. Sir Edward Blore, the architect of Buckingham Palace, designed three of the College’s oldest buildings. More recently, Allies and Morrison was selected to design a new Innovation Centre and a boarding house for female pupils. Allies and Morrison has also been tasked with refurbishing the College’s Grade II listed Science Building.“We found Concept very easy to deal with and flexible when, through circumstances beyond our control, the project had the be put on hold for a year.When the project was resurrected, they helped us finalise the specification of the cubicles and shadow boards and sent a member of the team to complete a final measure before anything was manufactured. This reassured us that everything was being manufactured to suit our less than ideal room.The installation guys were excellent and completed the job ahead of time, which ultimately helped us get on with second fixing the plumbing and electrical installations.” - James Thomson, Maintenance Manager at Marlborough College.The facilities management team at Marlborough College identified two washrooms in desperate need of modernisation.Senior managers at the College had a clear vision of how they wanted the washrooms to look. Above all, the materials and colours used in the refurbishment needed to match the overall character of the rest of the building. After reviewing many different products and colour samples, the College chose Concept for supply and installation.For the project, we used Reflect cubicles with brushed stainless steel laminated pilasters and solid stainless steel locks and hinges. These products can be customised with a huge range of different colours and are both durable and easy to clean.The College selected a muted colour scheme throughout the washroom, including a natural wood effect (Polyrey N056) for the cubicles and panelling and a muted beige (Polyrey B116) in other areas. Manufactured from hard-wearing solid surface, the under counter basins on our vanities complete the seamless washroom look.

And so, this same set of values applied to their washroom scheme at the Scotland Studio.As a former founding partners at Material Source Studio, we collaborated with their Creative Director, Darren Clanford, to create a series of two inviting washroom schemes, collaborating with other partners to create two contrasting washroom environments that are in keeping with the studio’s ethos of innovation and design excellence.For one washroom, our task was to create a cubicle scheme that resonated with the client’s rich, textured palette of burnt orange and grey.In response, we opted for our Curve Privacy cubicles, featuring floor to ceiling powder coated pilasters, with fixtures, and fittings that matched perfectly to the vivid RAL shade (8004) to reflect the overarching colour choices. This bold choice is complemented by the sleek storm-grey cubicle doors, partitions, and duct panel system in Polyrey’s Gris Orage (G059), adding a contrasting yet sophisticated touch.Adding an extra textural element to the scheme are the Woodio® Block wall hung toilets in Clay, made from a mixture of wood chips and resin-based binder. And to complement the cubicle system, an Antique Copper wall covering from Altro in a subtle, almost tortoise-shell patina contributes beautifully to the overall ambience.For the hand washing area, we utilised the aesthetic and functional benefits of the Woodio® Soft40 tabletop basins, alongside a sustainably conscious PaperStone vanity top in Charcoal from CDUK, and taps by Crosswater. The scheme is a harmonious blend of textures and hues, creating a washroom space that is as visually stunning as it is environmentally conscious.Through thoughtful collaboration and meticulous attention to detail, the result is a high-end washroom scheme that not only elevates the space but also embodies the studio’s commitment to innovation and aesthetics, setting a new standard for sustainable design.

Concept Washroom supplied and installed five universal toilets across two floors of the studio.Also known as superloos, they are single-occupancy washroom units including toilet, hand-washing, and hand-drying facilities in compact space. Its stone-like effect complemented the contrasting vanity tops across the three superloos. Sunlit Days Vanities by Silestone were installed, with the first featuring Arcilla Red with a VB700 style basin. The second showcases a Cala Blue vanity top with a VB500 front sloped style basin, and the third presents a Posidonia Green vanity top with a VB600 left sloped style basin.On the ground floor, duct panel systems and vanity units were selected in Noir (N005) by Polyrey in Touch Linimat, offering a sophisticated matte finish that contrasts elegantly with the soothing and natural colour scheme for the lower ground superloos. Additionally, theses vanities were specified in Corian’s Designer White with a front sloped basin option (VB500) in each ground floor superloo, ensuring a cohesive, sleek design that are in keeping with the studio’s design principles.The result is 5 universal toilet that align with the ethos of Material Source, capturing a shared commitment to innovation and sustainability. Matthew Moss High School is a mixed secondary school in Rochdale, Manchester and also operates the Matthew Moss Sports Centre which offers facilities to the local community as well as for pupils.As part of the school’s refurbishment plans, we were approached by Define Architects to deliver a complete washroom supply of the school’s existing toilet facilities in the main school building and sports hall.The project involved a comprehensive refurbishment of key washroom areas including: a girls and boys toilet block, sports hall washrooms, and dedicated male and female staff toilets. The aim was to modernise and enhance the privacy of these spaces that are in keeping with the school’s colours and design preferences.The SolutionWe supported Define Architects to meet the school’s need for student privacy whilst providing an upgraded washroom solution. Our specification team worked with them to help specify the right materials for the scheme and found the perfect shade of laminate to match the school’s colours. Alongside this, we provided accurate drawings that aligned perfectly with the project’s expectations and specifications.Force Privacy Cubicles were specified with vibrant blue doors in Peacock by Greenlam, complementing the light woodgrain colour of the pilasters and partitions in Banian Blanchi (B100) by Polyrey. These cubicles were complemented by powder-coated nickel ironmongery, for durability and a contemporary aesthetic.Across all washroom areas, hinged and lockable Duct Panel System were specified. Made from Compact Grade Laminate (also known as SGL), it is a sleek and durable solution that conceals the cistern and pipework, making it ideal for school environments.Laminate vanity units were also selected in the same peacock blue and light wood scheme, featuring semi-recessed basins. Also fabricated from CGL, they offer moisture and impact resistance for extended durability and can withstand constant daily use from students.The final result is a refreshed and striking washroom scheme that meets the practical needs of the school’s staff and students. Millfield Science & Performing Arts College is a secondary school based in Thornton-Cleveleys, Blackpool. The school’s ethos is to deliver an outstanding education to each and every student in a safe and caring environment.As part of the school’s improvement works to create an even more welcoming space, Concept was tasked by Ash Integrated Services to completely refresh two washroom areas within the school.With our previous experience supplying and installing washrooms in education across all age groups, we were well versed on the key considerations, which paid dividends when approaching this project.Considering the heavy footfall of students across the years, it came as no surprise that the school’s existing washroom’s were tired and outdated. With this in mind, we suggested our Force Cubicles which feature robust bolt through, heavy-duty Satin Anodised Aluminium (SAA) ironmongery – perfect for the day-to-day use of students.Additionally, our Force Cubicles are also fabricated from the highly resistant Compact Grade Laminate (CGL) including a black core with a radiused edge. This hard-wearing panel material is scratch resistant, can withstand vandalism, and is easy to maintain, meaning it’s more than capable of enduring the physical demands of school life.We supplied our sleek curved solid surface wash troughs with an exposed waste, uplifting the whole washroom with a contemporary and minimalist aesthetic. Crafted from durable Corian, the troughs are built with longevity in mind, and are preferred within schools due to its ability to accommodate multiple users at once.Meanwhile with the washroom scheme, the school opted for a smart, dark oak (0551 FH Whitney) finish for the cubicle doors, duct, and vanity panels, paired effortlessly with crisp white (0085 FH White) for the cubicle partitions and pilasters – all of which were supplied by Fundermax.The final result is a modern, bright, and refreshed washroom with the functionality and durability to manage the heavy foot traffic of both Millfield’s current and future generations of students.

But with their outdated toilet blocks lacking in both function and flair, they needed a trusted partner to completely refurbish four separate washroom areas across two floors.It was essential to specify the right products for Network Plus’ needs that not only suited their requirements and budget, but surpassed the client’s expectations. Our experienced team initiated an on-site survey to measure for new cubicles, and discuss the perfect colours and products to create their ideal washroom solution.We understand how demanding washroom environments can be, especially in a site as busy as Network Plus’ HQ. The result made for a striking contrast against our Polyrey Compact Grade Laminate panelling, which featured a neutral G059 Gris Orage finish.On the ground floor, their resident independent food traders who attract plenty of hungry customers. For New Century’s gender-neutral toilet areas, we supplied and installed durable, deep-coloured R057 Rouge Amarante laminate duct panels.For the iconic venue on the first floor, we installed scratch-resistant Force Privacy cubicles in the male and female WCs to enhance privacy, with easy-to-maintain laminate duct panels. The project formed a key element of the overall refurbishment, ensuring that the building’s amenities matched the same high standards as its office space, while also delivering durability, functionality, and a stylish solution.The SolutionWe transformed their tired washrooms into calm, refreshed spaces by installing our Tempo cubicles to immediately enhance privacy. Royal Nawaab has brought its signature grandeur to Manchester, transforming the iconic Stockport Pyramid into a breathtaking new hospitality venue. Known for providing guests with a truly indulgent dining experience, Royal Nawaab needed its washroom facilities to reflect the same sense of luxury, style and attention to detail found throughout the rest of the venue.Working with X Second City Joinery Ltd, Concept was tasked with supplying and installing the cubicle systems in the guest washrooms across three floors. Given the prestigious nature of the setting and the scale of the venue, the design brief called for a washroom solution that balanced aesthetic impact with long-term durability and value.Our Identity cubicle system, crafted from High Pressure Laminate, was selected for this project due to its flush-fronted, floor-to-ceiling design that delivers instant visual flair. The cubicle’s uninterrupted facade gives the washrooms a strikingly modern edge while ensuring the privacy expected of premium hospitality spaces. A key feature of the Identity range is its value-engineered construction, highlighted by the closing strip on the reverse of each door which replaces the need for a traditional rebate. This simple but crucial innovation opens up the ‘flush look’ to even more businesses, giving designers more choice when approaching washroom projects.Alongside the cubicles, we also supplied and installed our Duct Panel System. This allowed for a clutter-free washroom experience, concealing services and pipework while continuing the rich material palette across the rear walls of the WCs.Both cubicles and duct panels were finished in two of Pfleiderer’s premium decors: R30135 Okapiu Walnut and R20038 Natural Chalet Oak. These warm, woodgrain textures were paired with matt black powder-coated ironmongery, providing a contemporary contrast that adds depth and elegance to the overall design.The result is a washroom environment that feels cohesive, a little indulgent, and yet perfectly aligned with Royal Nawaab’s wider vision, offering guests not just a functional space, but a continuation of the restaurant’s luxe atmosphere.From the marble-inspired tiling to the bespoke cubicle finishes, every aspect of the washroom interiors at Royal Nawaab’s Manchester venue has been carefully considered to enhance the dining experience. Located in Northwich, Rudheath Primary Academy operates with an ethos of “inspiring minds, building futures”, doing so by providing educational environments which inspire fun and engagement with learning.During the summer holidays, the school needed to refurbish their existing toilet block to bring it in line with its other recently renovated washrooms. Concept Washroom, as a supplier of products to Washroom Fit-Out Company (WFC) to complete the installation, had a crucial role to play in ensuring the space would be welcoming, safe and practical for the students – all in time for when they returned.Working closely with WFC, our team suggested the ideal suite of products and solutions to complete the project. Key recommendations were made around adopting a vibrant colour to create the desired rainbow effect, as well as products which were suitable for educational environments – as well as being bright and vibrant, the washroom had to be impact resistant and robust enough to handle consistent daily use. And after agreeing on a solution, we supplied all the products required to complete the installation.These included full height Force Privacy Cubicles, chosen first and foremost for their aesthetic flexibility and durability qualities. In terms of colours, the six cubicles are finished with Polyrey’s Rouge Cerise (R036), Vinyle (Orange), Zeste De Citron (Z016), Vert Bali (Green), Bleu Turquoise (B119) and Cyclamen (C189) so they each represent their own section of the rainbow. The outer cubicles and pilasters were finished in Polyrey Noisetier Naturel (N056).For the handwashing area, WFC opted for Concept’s integrated plumbing system and laminate Duct Panel System, an aesthetic option to conceal the cistern work which also allows easy access for maintenance. Sleek, white wash troughs in Corian Glacier White replaced the old sinks and sit atop of the CGL under panels. This complements the troughs visually and can be easily removed to enable access to the pipework inside. The finer details were also considered, with Powder Coated Matte Black Ironmongery used for the fittings. All products were delivered on time to enable the project to be completed before the start of term. The end result is a transformed washroom which reflects the previously renovated facilities – aesthetically attractive and built to last.

Sandcastle Waterpark is the UK’s largest waterpark and is a popular destination for families. Located on Blackpool Promenade, we were contacted to provide proposals for two busy washroom areas within the waterpark.Due to the washrooms constant use and wet environment, they required a long lasting washroom cubicle system that could withstand the conditions and heavy use. Also, incorporating a playful colour scheme that’s suitable for all ages.Colour and durability was key to this project. We selected our Force cubicle system made from moisture and impact resistant Compact Grade Laminate for its duct panels, cubicle doors, and partitions in a variety of fun, bright colours (Genêt G031, Bleu Oslo B048, Cactus C049, and Bleu Bueé) with a neutral light wood grain (Banian Blanchi B100) for the pilasters.Laminate vanity units with semi-recessed wash troughs were installed for ease of use and maintenance.Sandcastle Waterpark were delighted by their new, vibrant and playful washroom system that could withstand high foot fall and is incredibly durable.

Stretford Grammar School wanted to replace a crumbling boys’ bathroom with the school’s first gender neutral toilet block.School students, administrators and governors were growing tired of high levels of antisocial behaviour in the washroom, as well as broken toilets, a persistent foul smell and noisy extractor ducts.Having at least one gender neutral bathroom is becoming increasingly important for schools. The Department for Education and Skills now recommends that new and refurbished schools install unisex toilets to help reduce bullying and help all students feel comfortable.“This was quite a big project for the school, so we spoke to several companies before choosing Concept Cubicle Systems. Made from long-lasting Compact Grade Laminate (CGL), the range can be adapted to accommodate a wide range of door heights and partition shapes – perfect for nursery and primary school environments where pupils of different ages could use the facilities with ease.Available in 50 colours suitable for washroom environments, the client specified a calming colour scheme for both areas. In the Nursery toilets, shaped partitions and its pilasters were in a soft neutral blue (C018 Chardon).This complemented the vivid blue (B119 Bleu Turquoise) arched doors with anti-trap hinges.A bright purple (C189 Cyclamen) was selected for the cubicle doors in the Reception toilets that contrasted against the rich blue (B119 Bleu Turquoise) pilasters and curved partitions.Laminate vanity tops in both areas were manufactured from scratch resistant High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) and selected in a vibrant blue colour (B119 Bleu Turquoise) with semi-recessed basins that spanned the length of each wall.The results are bright, fun looking washrooms that are robust enough for all pupils to use year after year and suited their needs.

Located in the idyllic Guildford countryside, Snooty Fox is a lively cafe that is popular with both tourists and locals alike and is renowned for its homemade food and quaint surroundings.The washroom was in need of an update and no longer matched the high standards set by the rest of the cafe. After an initial consultation, it was decided that a complete refurbishment of the toilet cubicles were needed in order to bring them up to date, creating a washroom space that would reflect the modern and stylish feel of the cafe, whilst also being practical and easy to maintain.In addition, RHS’s sustainability-driven ethos was an important factor behind the washroom scheme. In doing so, Concept Washroom (Concept Cubicle Systems) put forward the Reclaim range, a sustainable washroom collection that aligns with the project’s values and worked closely with RHS, HACS Group and the project architect to ensure the new facilities were in keeping with the surrounding nature on the estate.The SolutionConcept were approached by ALCO Properties to help create a washroom that would reflect the updated, stylish feel of The Snooty Fox cafe, whilst also being practical and long lasting for its guests.Working with the client, Concept installed a cubicle system that would be elegant and contemporary, whilst also incorporating all of the necessary features for a busy cafe washroom.By selecting our Curve cubicle system, the floor fixed, rounded pilasters offer a polished, sleek finish, accompanying the natural woodgrains of the cubicle doors (N056 Noisetier Naturel) that contrast the shadow gaps (Cerise Rouge R036). This involved working closely with the project contractor, Washroom Fit-Out Company (WFC), to ensure the brief set by Urmston Grammar was met to provide a robust, safe and modern solution for its male and female students on the first and ground floor washrooms of its main building. The current facilities had suffered from heavy use and wear over time, meaning a refresh was required to bring them back up to standard.To meet this brief, we supplied our Force cubicles that are well suited to educational environments. Offering a premium aesthetic yet durable option, this system is designed for high traffic environments, featuring bolt through, heavy-duty Satin Anodised Aluminium (SAA) ironmongery that is robust and secure.Made from high quality Compact Grade Laminate (CGL), Force offers additional impact resistance. Indeed, being made from scratch, moisture, and graffiti resistant materials makes it ideal for school washrooms. Meanwhile, Solid Surface Wash Troughs were provided for a durable and practical hand washing solution. Urmston Grammar opted for a rectangular style (WT002) trough option with an exposed waste, providing a sleek, stylish alternative to typical vanity basins. This was supplied with deck mounted taps. This was sat upon our Laminate Vanity Units with access panels that are designed for ease of access to plumbing systems for maintenance and cleaning. For the washroom’s colour scheme, a smart mix of grey and white helped to create a neutral palette. Specifically, Polyrey’s Gris Cendre (G075) and Gris Orage (G059) were chosen for the cubicles, partitions, urinal modesty screens and access panels. The wash trough, meanwhile, was specified in Glacier White by Corian.Following the refurbishment, Urmston Grammar now has a modern and durable washroom solution for male and female students on the ground floor and first floor of its building – facilities which can cope with high levels of use.

They are proven to reduce the levels of bullying and allow all students to feel welcome.Having completed previous washroom projects at the academy, Concept Cubicle Systems were approached by Rap Interiors to provide a full washroom supply and installation on the school’s existing toilet block and convert it to an open-plan, gender neutral washroom area.The SolutionWe were able to work with RAP Interiors to provide a striking colour scheme using dark wood laminate panelling (Banian Noirci 101) and subtle grey colouring (Gris Perle G003) to accompany RAP’s diagonal tile feature wall, metallic porthole style mirrors, and neutral wall tiling.As the washrooms were going to be used continuously throughout the day by its pupils, we provided our Force range of cubicles with full height duct panels and vanity units. Walthamstow Academy is a mixed secondary school and sixth form located in North London. With over 1,000 pupils at the school, its Board of Governors required a gender-neutral toilet block that could accommodate all its students regardless of their gender – creating a more inclusive environment at the Academy.Providing at least one gender-neutral washroom is becoming increasingly important in education. They are proven to reduce the levels of bullying and allow all students to feel welcome.Having completed previous washroom projects at the academy, Concept Washroom were approached by Rap Interiors to provide a full washroom supply and installation on the school’s existing toilet block and convert it to an open-plan, gender neutral washroom area.In keeping with the aesthetic of their previously refurbished toilet cubicles, Concept worked with RAP Interiors to provide a full refurbishment on its toilet cubicles, integrated duct panels, and laminate vanity tops.Ultimate privacy was key for this project, which is why we selected our Force Privacy cubicle range with full height duct panels and powder coated ironmongery to provide complete security for students.Selecting pilasters and partitions in soft, neutral grey Gris Perle (G003) complemented the Banian Noirci (B101) wood grain finishes of the cubicle doors, creating a striking look that pairs well with Rap Interiors’ glossed subway tiles and porthole style mirrors.All laminate vanity tops were installed with semi recessed, under-mounted basins, resulting in a harmonious monochrome palette that fits with the existing colour scheme. All material was fabricated from vandal resistant Compact Grade Laminate (CGL).The final look is a slick and contemporary washroom that is perfect for the needs of the academy and its students. The open-plan gender neutral washroom area is a welcoming space for all and is robust enough to stand up against everyday use.
