The Amersham Vale development was a new build of 120 homes spread across a collection of apartments, maisonettes and houses set beside Charlottenburg Park. The accommodation ranges from 1 bedroom apartments through to 4 bedroom homes with a private landscaped garden area.

To create a compliant and cost effective rainscreen facade system, Valcan’s non-combustible aluminium panel, VitraDual, was selected installed back to the Vitrafix VF1 carrier system using colour matched fixings.
