Twelve Trees Park - West Ham

Since August 2024, we’ve been supplying Maylim for works at Twelve Trees Park, West Ham.

Once the home of a former Parcelforce Depot, the redevelopment is set to consist of over 4,700 new homes, surrounded by almost 12 acres of new parkland and green spaces.

As works begin on Phase 2, we took the opportunity to revisit Phase 1 works. Materials for podium planting, including the public square leading to West Ham station (new entrance coming soon), ground level planting and multiple tree pits included our:

Lawn Rootzone, 4/10mm Marine Shingle, Ornamental Bark, Intensive Lightweight Subsoil and Topsoil, Lightweight Washed Sand Subsoil, BS3882 Topsoil and Lawn Topsoil.

We really appreciate being able to witness the progression of large-scale projects such as these, and following up months and years later to see the planting thrive, indicating our materials are working as intended.
