OVERVIEW
The redevelopment of 38-46 Goose Gate in Nottingham brings together heritage preservation,
contemporary student living, and collaborative supply chain working. Hadley Building Products worked with
main contractor Oliver Hind Limited on a scheme that combines the refurbishment of an existing threestorey building with a new five-storey structure on Woolpack Lane, delivering 94 student bedrooms and
approximately 3,000 sq ft of Class E commercial space. Targeted for completion ahead of the 2026/27
academic year, it addresses an ongoing need to meet student housing demand within the city. Hadley
supplied steel framing system (SFS) components across an estimated 2,300m² of 100mm stud SFS.
