Elvetham Heath Primary School

Elvetham Heath Primary School is an acclaimed school based in Hampshire requiring a washroom upgrade.

To provide first-in-class facilities and upholding a high-quality learning environment for its 600-plus pupils, the school sought to use its six-week summer holiday to upgrade its male and female toilets on the ground floor.

The brief was clear, Elvetham Heath required exceptional washroom facility products that were both practical and exciting, offering a clean environment with a youthful, bold design. Further, these needed to be installed at speed to ensure the facilities were ready for use at the beginning of the new academic year.

Working within tight timescales, the project lead quickly set about surveying and measuring all key dimensions to ensure they were accurate, allowing us to move to the fabrication phase efficiently.

During the works, we completed a full-cubicle and wash trough installation using products specifically suited to educational environments.

This included the Juno cubicle system featuring curved partitions and anti-trap hinges, as well as solid surface wash troughs in Glacier White – a sleek, stylish alternatives to typical vanity units, crafted from durable Corian and hand-finished to an incredibly high standard.

To align with Elvetham Heath’s request to create bright, exciting washroom spaces for its pupils, we worked closely with the client, walking them through an extensive range of colour options. As a result, a creative yet complementary combination of vivid Bleu Turquoise (B119) and bright purple Cyclamen (C189) were selected for an exciting look and feel.

These colours were reversed out for the girls toilets, further upholding the contemporary aesthetic and practicality requirements of the project.

This combination of fun colours and modern finishes has given Elvetham Heath the youthful, safe, hygenic washroom it needed, completed in tight timescales thanks to the strategic coordination of the delivery team.
