The Challenge

On busy housing developments, poorly managed bin storage is a common and persistent issue. At Clarion Housing's site in Bradford, wheelie bins were frequently left scattered across gardens, pavement and communal green spaces. This created several challenges for the housing associations and residents alike.

Bins left in these locations posed a safety risk, often obstructing emergency access points and fire routes. The Solution
