TESTING

• Reaction-to-fire tested under EN 13501-1:2013

• Performance-tested to CWCT Sequence B at both Initivo and UL

• Lab-tested by Initivo Consultancy Ltd, including tests for weather-tightness and impact resistance

• Maple’s systems and design principles have been tested to Centre for Window & Cladding Technology standards

• Products manufactured to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 quality standards

PANEL CONSTRUCTION

• Exterior façade panels manufactured from 2 mm or 3 mm aluminium or 2 mm stainless steel facing panels

• Additional material options include:
  • 3 mm solid aluminium

  • 2 mm solid stainless steel
  • 2 mm perforated stainless steel
  • 2 mm solid Corten steel
  • 2 mm perforated Corten steel

• Panel styles include:

• Panels hook onto the support system

• Panels are fixed through the top to prevent removal

• Hidden-fix panel arrangement creates a concealed-fix façade solution

• Suitable for vertically and horizontally oriented panels

• Produces clean horizontal and vertical 20 mm wide shadow gaps

• Accommodates landscape and portrait panels

• Panel sizes include:
  • Up to 750 mm high x 1500 mm wide, landscape, no stiffener

• • Up to 3000 mm high x 600 mm wide, portrait, no stiffener

• • Up to 3000 mm high x 600–1200 mm wide, portrait, with stiffener

SUPPORT SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION

• Vertical L rails fixed to Maple primary brackets

• Horizontal J / C rails fixed to the L rails to form a rigid framework

• Rail configuration incorporates L, J and C profiles

• All rail elements manufactured from Aluminium 6063 T6

• Refined rail configuration improves alignment and reduces installation complexity

• Support system provides an efficient and adaptable framework

• C-rail and L-rail components in Aluminium 6063 T6, mill finish

BRACKET CONSTRUCTION

• Primary brackets manufactured from stainless steel 304

• Thermally efficient stainless-steel brackets positioned at wider centres

• Brackets designed with enhanced load-bearing capacity

• Wider bracket centres reduce overall material usage and installation time

• Stainless-steel bracket approach helps lower thermal conductivity within the sub-frame

• Maximum horizontal bracket centres 600 mm

• Maximum vertical bracket centres 1500 mm

• Brackets fixed to suitable fixing grounds

PANEL COLOUR / FINISH

• Facing panels polyester powder coated up to 120 microns or anodised to 25 microns
