BLADE CONSTRUCTION:

• Cassette system:
  • Rectangular blades typically ranging from 100 to 250 mm.
  • Cassette panels formed from Aluminium 6063 T6 blades fixed between Aluminium 6082 T6 / Aluminium 5083 H111 side arms.
  • Modular panelised construction supports efficient installation and consistent alignment.
• Solo system:
  • Larger rectangular blades typically ranging from 300 to 500 mm.
  • Blades fixed individually between Aluminium 6082 T6 / Aluminium 5083 H111 side arms.
  • Suitable for larger spans and more expressive architectural applications.
  • Blade projection and run length determined by project location, wind loading and façade design.
  • Blade pitch options include 0°, 45° and 90° to control solar shading performance.

VERTICAL SUPPORT CONSTRUCTION:

• Support arms (sidearms) manufactured from Aluminium 6082 T6 or Aluminium 5083 H111.
• Designed to support projecting blade loads and maintain system stability.
• Configured to suit façade geometry, projection depth and structural requirements.
• Provides consistent spacing, alignment and projection from façade.
• Designed to accommodate structural tolerances and installation requirements.

BRACKET CONSTRUCTION:

• Laser-cut and folded brackets manufactured from galvanized mild steel (S275 or similar), engineered to suit project-specific loads, wind conditions and tolerances.
• Alternative TRINITI curtain wall brackets manufactured from Aluminium 6063 T6 available.
• Designed to fix system back to primary structure or façade system.
• Suitable for installation onto concrete, steel or curtain walling systems.
• Allows adjustment to accommodate installation tolerances.
• Engineered to support projected loads and maintain façade integrity.
