Description

The TA-25 Cold system, part of the Langley Elastoflex range, a cold roofing system offering a 25-year independent insurance-backed guarantee. This cold roof system, is a torch applied SBS elastomeric membrane system for flat or sloping roofs.

TA-25 C membranes are covered by MOAT 31 (Reinforced Homogenous coverings of SBS Elastomeric Bitumen).

The cap sheet is available in dark grey. For delineating walkways, the cap sheet is available in bauxite red.

EPD Certification for bitumen membranes.

Subject to installation, use and maintenance in accordance with BBA Certificate 12/4959, the system can satisfy or contribute to satisfying relevant NHBC requirements under NHBC standards, Chapter 7.1 Flat roofs, terraces and balconies.

All Langley elastomeric membranes have been developed in accordance with the European Union of Agrément (UEAtc) and are manufactured and tested in accordance with UEAtc MOAT special directives (Methods of Assessment and Testing).

Supported by the full Langley package that includes: surveys, condition reports and proposals, specifications, site monitoring and reporting, technical and design advice, guarantee inspections, all at no additional cost.

Offering both system assurance and financial protection to the building owner, the IBG remains valid even if the installing contractor or Langley were to cease trading. Issued directly to the building owner on completion, the guarantee is independently regulated, Crystal Mark accredited by plain English, and also TRUSTMARK approved, supporting access to government funding schemes where an IBG is mandated. Langley’s IBG is included as standard within the overall project price, with no separate insurance premium required.
