Application

Suitable for areas where a slip-resistant finish is required, such as walkways, stairways, and balconies. Compatible with most common waterproofing systems, including asphalt and bituminous membranes.

Description

A cold-applied, two-component PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) liquid waterproofing system designed for balconies, walkways, and stairways. The Langley PMMA 20 Cold – Textured system provides a continuous waterproofing layer with a slip-resistant finish.

Features and Benefits:

Cold-applied, wet-on-wet application with rapid curing (typically 30 minutes per coat).

20-year independent insurance backed guarantee.

Continuous waterproofing layer reinforced with polyester fleece for strength and crack-bridging.

The IBG covers the installed system in the event of a design failure, poor workmanship, a fault in the system or faulty materials, and remains valid even if the installing contractor or Langley were to cease trading. Issued directly to the building owner on completion, it acts as an additional, independent layer of financial protection and supports access to government funding schemes where an IBG is required.
