Designed for long-term flexibility, the system can be easily dismantled without special tools, enabling simplified maintenance and seamless future upgrades.
Description
A modular partition made of a metal stud frame and two individually removable facing panels, allowing easy integration of service routes, cabling, or components.
Total partition thickness: 100 mm (standard), with the option to increase thickness to meet project requirements.
Airtightness is achieved using a sealant bead (cleanroom-grade silicone sealant, MS polymer, cold chemical welding) applied on site in calibrated gaps across all panels.
Components
The galvanized steel structural framework consists of:
- Top and bottom metal tracks
- Exclusive vertically adjustable metal studs, positioned every 1100 mm (optional sub-module available)
- Notches, cross members, and specific accessories for the integration of doors, glazing, or dedicated equipment
Removable Cladding
- Single- or double-sided metal panels
- Finished facing made of coated steel sheets (0.8 mm), backed with plasterboard (GWB) or an aluminium honeycomb core
- Total thickness: 23 mm
Panels are vertically clipped on the studs, with a predefined 3 mm gap for silicone sealing (or 0.5 mm gap for cold-welded joints).
