Re-roofing the historic Malvern Hills Hotel & Restaurants structure back in 2020 was not an easy job. The crew from Dean Potts Roofing LTD. had to remove badly-deteriorating felt shingles while working in a busy public area. Keeping the site tidy and causing minimal disruption to the hotel’s business was a major challenge. For their efforts, and the beautiful outcome of the project, the contractor has earned a 2025 Elite Roofing Award from Tapco Roofing Products.
