Design

• 3D modelling and renders were used to bring the design to life on screen
• The façade comprises around 4,500 blades, with approximately 1,200 unique blades to form the wave effect
• White feature flashing adds a sense of variation across the spans of gold fins

Manufacture

• Fins were formed into cassettes to enable efficient installation onsite
• The fins were powder coated in pearl gold
• Around 2,000 unique blade cuts were used to create the trapezoidal fins

Installation

• Steel grating fencing and ferruled mesh fixed to several areas of the car park
• Box section fins clad the entrance canopy and bicycle store
• Horizontal strip of white feature flashing attached to the fins using angled cleats
