Paratherm G is a high performance insulation suitable for use beneath most mechanically fixed single ply non-bituminous and mechanically fixed bituminous waterproofing (one and two layer). It is faced on both sides with a glass fibre tissue auto-adhesively bonded to the insulation core during manufacture. The core of Paratherm G consists of a high performance CFC-free rigid urethane insulant of typical density 32 kg/m³. It is produced using alternative blowing agents in compliance with the Montreal Protocol.Paratherm G is suitable for use on access roof decks subject to limited foot traffic.
