Woolwich Barracks refurbishment

OVERVIEW

TRC were employed by Lend Lease Construction for the Ministry of Defence ‘Single Living Accommodation Modernisation’ project, also known as Project SLAM, which is one of the largest new build and refurbishment projects in the UK. Project SLAM is a national Functional Prime Contract awarded by the MOD to Debut Services & Defence Estates to deliver single living accommodation to MOD service personnel. The contract is an example of the Defence Estates Prime Contracting initiative, delivering better value through collaborative working between the construction industry and the MOD.
