A development of four luxury properties
situated in Cobham's popular and leafy Water Lane.
Specification for the large feature staircase in each property included Richard Burbidge Heritage Collection large section 115mm newels, in combination with 41mm balusters, finished with an Oak moulded handrail profile.
The large section newels create an impressive aesthetic and also allow the handrails to negotiate the acute changes in angle caused by the helical staircase design.
