A £14 million 25,000sq ft. food store, the eco-friendly Waitrose in Bagshot, Surrey, boasts stunning contemporary design. Offering an outstanding shopping experience, the building was designed by Phillips Tracey Architects to minimise impact on the surrounding rural environment. Bailey’s products were key to meeting a complex design brief, where aesthetics and performance were crucial.
Bailey’s bullnose eaves were specified by Forum Architecture, construction project architect and lead consultant for the retail development. Due to the technical challenges associated with the double-curved eaves systems, Forum knew that Bailey was the only company up to the job.
