URBAN VILLAGE HOTEL, PORTSMOUTH

This hotel provides 153 bedrooms, conference facilities and leisure club with a 20m swimming pool. Situated in Lakeside North Harbour Portsmouth, this hotel has excellent transport links to the city of Portsmouth and the wider Hampshire area via the M27 and the A3.

This project needed a product that could achieve High Sound Reduction Performance. Prevent the sound created in gym areas and entertainment areas getting into guest rooms. Using HiDECK acoustic overlay 28 was the ideal solution. This highly conductive structural floorboard has rapid heat transfer characteristics enabling a more efficient under floor heating system.
