University of Greenwich

OVERVIEW

At the University of Greenwich in London, roofing and waterproofing specialist BriggsAmasco installed 22 separate IKO PermaTEC hot-melt waterproofing systems as part of a multi-tier rooftop garden on the new £38 million Stockwell Street building. Appointed to waterproof and insulate a total of 22 flat roofs – with 14 to be converted into green roofs – BriggsAmasco supplied and installed the IKO PermaTEC hot melt system. Utilising years of practical experience, technical expertise, and close coordination with other trades, the company completed a high quality and complex application that helped to keep the project on course for its completion date.
