Gripple Catenary solutions were used to suspend a thousand umbrellas in the air above shoppers on the aptly named Umbrella Street in SouthGate Bath. Umbrella Street transformed SouthGate Bath into a beautiful, eye-catching shopping location unlike any other. Gripple's Catenary system provided an ideal solution by being virtually invisible from ground level, allowing shoppers to enjoy the display; created a span across the street which allowed secondary fixing points from which to suspend the umbrellas, and a simplified install which vastly reduced the time installers were required to work at height.
