Low energy comfort cooling and heating is now offered throughout, with the increased headroom fundamental for letting agents and investors seeking high quality space. The floor plenum is reduced to 175 mm, and the ceiling void reduced to 80 mm, resulting in a floor to ceiling height of 2.5 m.
