Sesame design, build and install horizontally retracting stairs. The stairs retract under the top step riser into a pit below the upper landing.
In some cases, the building does not have the required space, so Sesame can design Vertically Retracting Stairs that lower straight down instead, so as to not encroach into the space below the upper landing level.
