Terrix® restoration render used on high rise building

OVERVIEW

The building was suffering form significant deterioration of the existing render, colour fade, delamination, cracks and causing water ingress.

All typical of the standard popular renders used in the UK.

The solution was to introduce Terrix polymer silicate render systems.

A proven age old system used extensively in Europe for restoration and new build properties.

Applying the Terrix restoration overcoat system, combined with the Terrix 2 coat polymer system, both spray applied allows minimal disruption to the property and fabric by leaving most of the existing render in place.

This significantly reduced the labour element, speeding up the restoration and reducing disruption to the building fabric.
