Terrix Repair and Crack Restoration Systems
Ateb Housing Association had faced a number of issues over the years, at their Croft Court sheltered homes accommodation.
The harsh marine environment had damaged the existing cement render to such an extent, that in large areas the render was falling off the walls. For years they had been looking for a solution, with minimal disruption, at the right cost.
The Terrix system was the answer to their problems, a repair system which could be applied without the residents being moved out, at a cost within their budget leaving homes looking good long into the future.
Areas where the render was blown and hacked off, where dubbed out using the Terrix restoration render. Existing render was then secured using the Terrix unique, cross mess with fixings, ensuring the strength of the existing render. Terrix 2 coat polymer-Silicate system was then used over the whole area, giving the longevity Ateb required.
