Stelrad radiators selected for impressive new Bristol development

Stelrad radiators have once again been selected by a new build developer – this time for an attractive new development close to the centre of Bristol in St Werburghs. Acorn Developments has chosen the Stelrad Compact with Style radiator design for the main part of the new homes and its Classic Towel rails for the bathrooms in these modern, three storey homes. The radiators were installed by plumbing and heating sub-contractor Gregor Heating from Bristol.

This is a key regeneration site in St Werburghs, Bristol, featuring new pedestrian routes linking to the surrounding areas and neighbouring Mina Road Park. The former Brooks Laundry dates back to the 19th century when the site was used for industrial units by Brooks Dyers and Cleaners. Each home will benefit from open plan, flexible design with parking and outside space, there will also be additional visitor parking on site. Some of the homes will feature an electric car charge point. It’s ideally located less than a mile from Montpelier and Stapleton Road train stations and under half a mile from the M32 motorway – so this new development will benefit from good access in and out of the city.
